These were made while staying on the west coast of North Uist. There are a series of brilliant white shell sand beaches curving against the green sea channel.

 

These are revealed at low tides. The Granite and Gneiss rocks are draped with vivid burnt umber seaweed. I wanted to capture the fleeting moments of movement, light and colour.
